Inside My Head (PSA)

Client: Equal Community Foundation

How does society shape the way we raise our boys? We came up with the concept of the PSA to tell the story of how boys face mixed messages from our deeply patriarchal society and we need to raise awareness to make them gender sensitive. We opted for a fiction narrative to tell the story.

A Decade of Innovation (Organisation Impact Film )

On the tenth anniversary of UnLtd India’s formation, we made an impact film by documenting four success stories of non profit organisations and social entrepreneurs mentored by UnLtd India.

Let's Talk (PSA)

Client: National Commision for Women

The National Commission for Women wanted to raise awareness for mental health of women. A fictionalised 30-second PSA called ‘’Let’s Talk” showing how the spouse can be an active and patient listener and create the space for women to open up.

BomLife (Program Impact Film)

Client: Social Alpha

Social Alpha’s IAIN (India Agritech Incubation Network) program, a joint initiative with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Tata Trusts, CINI and IIT Kanpur, supported social entrepreneurs to find agritech solutions for pressing issues in the agriculture sector. This is the impact film from one of their cohorts — BOMLife.

Pate Ki Baat (Vlog Series for advocacy)

Client: Girl Effect (India)

Women and especially young girls face inhibitions while visiting a gynaecologist. Pate Ki Baat is a 4-part vlog style series featuring social media influencers, which empowers young women by informing them about their sexual and reproductive rights.

Organisation Impact Film

Client: Aga Khan Agency for Habitat

The film documents the impact of Aga Khan Agency for Habitat’s work on climate change in India. Shot across states, the film showcases AKAH’s innovative work in areas like mitigating heat in cities, creating water security for school children and restoring mangroves, to increase coastal resilience against climate disasters.

Green Growth Accelerator (Program Impact Film)

Acumen’s Green Growth Accelerator Program supports social entrepreneurs committed to dignified employment and creating positive environmental impact.aThe film documented the impact made by two early-stage enterprises Anuprerna and Resham Sutra which are working to elevate the life of silk and handloom workers in india through sustainable opportunities.

Sagarputra (Academic Research Film)

Client: University of Pennsylvania & Tata Institute of Social Sciences

The oldest inhabitants of Mumbai are facing a livelihood crisis — the fishing community called Kolis are giving up on fishing because of the rapid increase of infrastructural projects in the city. “Sagaputra” is a 20 minute documentary showcasing the life and struggles of the community. This documentary was selected as the nominee and finalist for best short environmental documentary at the All Living Things Environmental Film Festival, India and screened at the CineMasala Film Festival of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.

Mere Paas Cinemaa Hain (Short Fiction Film for Advocacy)

Client: School Cinema

How do young boys and girls see through the layer of gender roles imposed by society on them? To illustrate this idea, Jolt came up with the fictional concept of a boy who gets a pair of special glasses called “SEEQUAL” so that he can see the way the world constructs these roles. This has been shown to lakhs of students across thousands of schools in India and the UAE. It has also been screened at the prestigious Golden Elephant Children’s Film Festival, India and the Chicago International Children’s Film Festival.

What If Heroes

Client: What If Drinks

Heroes are those who face an impossible situation and ask the question “What If” it didn’t have to be this way? This short documentary style ad shows the incredible story of two inspiring real life heroes — a blind marathoner and a chef without a stomach. The result? You want to wake up and follow your dreams no matter the obstacle.
